Barbeque Ribs Are Recognizable

Filed under: Food, Meat, Beef - crunchy @ 2:33 am

When I first tried out some slow cooker country style barbeque ribs, I thought without a doubt that I had died and gone straight to heaven. My father’s barbeque ribs were always good growing up, but now I just about forgotten them as my teeth sank into that moist, succulent meat. I hadn’t heard of slow cooker ribs before so this was a pleasant surprise. My dad was always just a traditional grill kinda guy. Although he used his own barbecue spice rub, he could as well have left it off since he really knew how to grill them up.

With slower cooked ribs, nevertheless, the spices flow right in the meat in just the right amount. I cannot even explain how unbelievably tasty it is! I had always heard people saying that the meat will “fall off the bone” sometimes, but I had never actually realized that they literally meant that.
